At Hue Capital, we strive to “demystify the career and entrepreneurial journeys of rising industry leaders” by challenging the current nature of our workforce and economy. In doing so, we are ensuring that all young, diverse professionals (Gen Z & Millennials) are well equipped throughout their career and entrepreneurial endeavors.
We Are Building the "Future of Work"
Acknowledging the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Digital Revolution), it is evident that the workforce landscape is rapidly changing and we refuse to allow underrepresented populations to get left behind. Through Hue Capital, young professionals and founders gain clarity in who they are, where their interests lie, and exactly how they are going to crush their goals by interacting with our resources that will guide them there. We are building the FUTURE OF WORK.
Our Story
Hue Capital was birthed as “UNFINISHED BUSINESS” for a young visionary itching to end the “career-frustration pandemic” plaguing young rising professionals, globally.
The First Attempt
In 2018, our Founder & CEO, Jerlisa “Juju” Fontaine, launched a career events platform called MilleniVision as a “post-grad” solution to furthering her work in professional development by connecting professionals to resources and a strong network. Unfortunately, she had to shut it down due to the pandemic. However, she is extremely proud of MilleniVision’s impact made where we successfully connected 2,100 young professionals to over 200+ diverse, mid-senior level professionals via 60+ live & virtual events.
Changing the Game
Fast Forward to 2024, Hue Capital has a new and improved vision solving the same problems and has grown into a business media platform where our global audience can now engage with more than just events; they can engage with articles, videos, podcasts, community and more. By leveraging the power of media and technology, Jerlisa and her amazing team look forward to sculpting a new way for professionals to connect, learn, and gain opportunity along their career journey.
